The room gets lots of arvo sun and has a little balcony. 10min walk to Marsden Village and 20min walk/few mins drive to supermarkets. Plenty of street parking. Rent and utilities combined is $206 per week. Ideal move in would be just before March 20th, but there’s definitely some flexibility on that. I’d love to hear from you.
