There is a nice garden out the back and a deck in the front. The house is down a quiet cul de sac, and is surrounded by great neighbours.
The room is a double, it’s a good size, and has a double wardrobe. Rent is $220 including internet and power.
I am the homeowner and work at the University of Waikato, which is a 12 minute drive away. I have two cats.
