I have a comfortable homey 2 bedroom apartment and am looking for a friendly new flatmate. 
 

My ideal flatmate is short/mid-term and maybe an international student or working traveller. 1-6 months stay, negotiable. 
The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, shelves, bedside table and light, dresser and double wardrobe with shelving. There is bedding and towels provided. 
The apartment is super well set up with everything you need for a home! I like my home to be my sanctuary, so that is what I’m looking to share. There is also a friendly cat. 
For an extra fee I can provide simple breakfast and lunch food. 
 

I’m a mid-30s active and super friendly woman. I work as an architect, attend St Paul’s church and love getting out with friends, but also time around home. 

I can provide 1-2 references from past flatmates on request.
