We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our relaxed townhouse in St Albans, right on the edge of the Four Aves – super handy location close to town.
The place • 2-storey townhouse • Open-plan kitchen, dining and living downstairs opening onto a small courtyard • 3 bedrooms upstairs • Single garage used for storage • 1 off-street park (shared, first-come basis) + easy street parking
The room • Unfurnished • Decent-sized room – easily fits a queen bed • Lots of natural sunlight • Double wardrobe • Own ensuite 🚿
Costs • Rent: $220 per week • Expenses: $20 per week (power + internet) • Bond: $766.60 • Available from 28 February
The flat You’ll be living with two females in our late 20s/30, both working in town. The house vibe is pretty relaxed – we don’t always have overlapping free time, but we’re happy to chat when we see each other and open to a flat hangout if schedules line up. We currently cook separately, and chores are very much a chip in and do it when you notice it kind of setup. But would be open to shared meals.
There isn’t much of a garden at the moment, but pot plants or movable planters are more than welcome if that’s your thing 🌱
Who we’re looking for Ideally a female of a similar age and stage, but we’re happy to chat with anyone who’s friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.
