It is a really good money saver, suitable for students etc but really we're pretty chilled and would consider someone that would fit in well. Looking for someone that can pay rent in a timely manner, chilled, house trained and independent and is a full time student or full time worker.
Current flatties are busy full time professionals, they are a teacher, architect and a student. There is 1 car park available, if you own a car. No pets allowed sorry, by landlord.
