Are you a Christian looking for a room in Wellington’s best flat? One of our flatmates is moving out, so have I got a room for you!

We are three Christian friends in our 20s going to Elim and The Street. We're professionals in tech, govt and health. We're passionate about Jesus and discuss the Gospel with one another all the time, as well as life and everything else. We're also friendly, chill and respectful.

• The room is second largest in the house (5.6m * 3.1m). It's on the house's first level, getting heaps of natural sunlight and positioned to absorb natural heat, making it perfect for Wellington winters. It also features double doors leading out onto a small greenery patch, which provides a stunning view of Mt Kaukau.
• Surrounded by greenery, the house is incredibly beautiful and spacious with 3 floors. We’ve got two living areas and a large kitchen and dining room, as well as a double garage and off-street parking spots. Ngaio Village is a 6-minute walk away for coffee, takeaways, a library, and a walking track to Mt Kaukau! In terms of furniture we have everything you need for the common spaces. We also have a dryer as well
• House is warm and we get 2 heat pumps and a gas heater for the common areas.
• Rent: $255 per week (but this is negotiable so pls don’t hesitate to reach out), and expenses (power, gas, internet, and flat restocks) are ~$23 per week.
• Transport: It takes ~10 minutes to drive to CBD, and buses 25 & 26 take 15-20 minutes to get to CBD. We're also close to the train station!
• The room is available from the 31st of Jan and move in date is negotiable!!
