This is a quiet, friendly home in Avalon, ideal for a respectful and considerate boarder who enjoys a calm living environment.
Furniture can be removed if preferred.
Both rooms are light and comfortable, with shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, and living areas. This is a self-catering arrangement — food is not provided — however, any boarder is welcome to make full use of all kitchen facilities and help themselves to basic essentials such as salt and sauces etc.
We have two small cavoodles who are friendly and love meeting new people.
Rent is $215 per week for one person includes reasonable use of power and internet.
A couple is welcome, with an additional $60 per week to cover the extra person.
The home is tidy, relaxed, and well cared for, and would best suit someone who is easy-going, independent, and values a peaceful household. Ideal for a working professional or mature student.
