The room is fully furnished and comes with a queen bed, 2 bed tables, a spacious wardrobe, and:
● the house features open plan living/kitchen/dining opening to rear patio;
● backing onto reserve with pleasant outlook;
● the kitchen is stocked with a range of appliances;
● heat pump / aircon / air circulation keeps the house warm and dry all year round; heated floor in the bathroom will keep you warm and cozy;
● the property is located within a brand new Fletcher developed subdivision known as Waiata Shores within the South Auckland suburb of Conifer Grove, within close proximity to the on/off ramp of the Takanini interchange with the southern motorway.
● amenities close at hand include Cafes (Songbird my fav), Countdown (walking distance), Pak-n-Save, Manurewa Town Centre, shops within takanini, a number of parks and reserves as well as the Inlet.
