Mid-way between Bethlehem Town Centre and Tauriko Crossing shopping centres, about 10mins to each. Less than 3km to BTI (Bethlehem Tertiary Institute), about 15mins to Toi Ohomai (Polytech) at Ohauiti. 10-15mins to Tauranga CBD.
We have 2 cats, so bear that in mind if you have allergies.
Would suit a BTI or Toi Ohomai student, or young single worker, preferably female as you would share a bathroom with another young adult female. Needs to be trustworthy and respectful.
