• Great location, close to Wairau Valley for shopping and restaurants, bussing available to city from Sunnynook bus station (3 min drive), close proximity to the Motorway (5 min drive) and beach (5 min drive).

About the Flat

• We are a family style flat who love to have chats and look out for each other.
• We go to a variety of churches and are keen to encourage each other on our faith journeys.
• Ages range from 26 to early 40s.

• Active in the faith, easygoing, friendly.
• Always pays rent on time.
• Helps keep the place tidy and participates in the flat cleaning roster.
