Hi there! Welcome to our little corner of canz. We are looking to fill a spot opening up late Feb - Early March (it's flexible) as one of our flatmates has just been offered a job overseas.
The buildings are nothing fancy, but I'd hope our appeal would be in the community you would find here. We host a weekly bible bible study for flatmates and friends alike. There is a range of denominations and churches represented amongst us, which can lead to some interesting conversations.
Your flatmates would consist of 3 males and 4 females, with a range of students and workers in all sorts of industries.
Our flat is divided up of two buildings, 3 bedrooms in the back and 5 in the front. Each house has a bathroom, kitchen and living room. Both houses are dry with a heat pump for those cold nights in winter.
The landlords are good to deal with. We have been able to make lots of garden beds, a firepit, garage for bikes & fridge freezer.
Rent will be $150 inclusive ($135 exclusive) $5 of which covers milk, toiletries and cleaning supplies. Bond is two weeks rent.
