Flatmate Wanted - Mt. Wellington

I am a 29 year old male working professional and am looking for 1 flatmate to join me in a spacious Mt. Wellington townhouse. Keen to share a space with someone who is open to good conversation,  sharing some adventures and generally good vibes while helping each other along in the Christian journey. 

Rent and Bills 

• $200 per week excluding expenses (water, power, electricity and essentials I estimate would come to $50-$60 per week)
• Move-in cost: 1 week`s rent in advance + 4 week`s rent as bond

About the Home

• Spacious 3-bedroom house with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite)
• Bed and wall cupboard available for the bedroom, including an extra storage cupboard if needed.
• One car space in the driveway, with possibility for parking either immediately outside the driveway or in multiple general spaces in the near vicinity
• Great location, close to Sylvia Park for shopping, restaurants, and public transport and also in close proximity to the Motorway.
• The house is within a complex that has a small gym residents can use, a few open green spaces and multiple smaller lanes which are great for walking, jogging through.

About Me

• I work as Senior Quality Assurance Lead in a Dairy Manufacturing Plant in East Tamaki.
• I love music and do the worship music for my small Christian youth group and the church choir.
• I belong to a Christian community that organizes a fair number of worship, service , and social events so I spend my time either attending or serving for these.
• I enjoy the outdoors -  playing football, going on walks around the area, exercising at the gym - are all inviting choices.
