Carey Baptist College, Baptist Union of New Zealand, and the Arotahi office are all easily accessible, taking approximately 11–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic, or around an hour on foot.

Chores:   Shared responsibility for cleaning bathrooms, all surfaces, and vacuuming.  I am keen to find tenants who will do their part.

Rent:     $700.00 per month, per person (equivalent to $175.00 per week, per person).
Moved In Cost:    4 Weeks rent required for Bond, alongside 1 Week rent in advance.

In saying that, on Guy Fawkes Day, Saint Kentigern School will set off fireworks, and you will have a premium view from the upstairs main corridor and the master bedroom.
