Rent is $165 per week. Power, water and internet are paid monthly as the bills come in. We look after our own food. A bond of $457.50 is required before moving in.
We have a driveway that can be parked in, but this can mean shuffling cars around, depending on who needs to leave first. There is parking available on the street, with a permit costing $70 per year.
