Hi! We are currently looking for two male flatmates to join a flat with two men aged between late 20s to early 40s.
The cost is $200 per week. This includes rent of the room, as well as power, water and internet and communal flat supplies such as toilet paper, cleannig products, etc. We look after our own food. A bond of $457.50 is required before moving in.
We have a driveway that can be parked in, but this can mean shuffling cars around, depending on who needs to leave first. There is parking available on the street, with a permit costing $70 per year.
Both rooms have a desk and one of the rooms has a bed. This furniture can either be kept or removed, depending on what you have.
