My wife and I are looking to fill our flat from Jan 2026-Jan 2027. Located in the 'Luxford villas' complex in Berhampore, our flat has a spacious master bedroom, a spare bedroom (wardrobes in both), an open kitchen/lounge area, and a small balcony for plants.
This apartment is unfurnished, but does include whiteware (dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer).
The building features a car park with a designated space, a small gym, a swimming pool, and small storage unit.
The building is a stone's throw from a bus stop on the no.1 bus line ( a regular service going into the CBD and all the way to Johnsonville). The 32x during peak hours is an excellent option, offering a 15 minute (ish) ride into the city. For cyclists, the cycle lane runs past the complex and offers a safe (and fun!) ride into the CBD, or southwards towards Island Bay.
Berhampore is home to Gramercy (the best bakery in Wellington, possibly even THE WORLD) Araucaria Pizza, and Baron Hasselhof chocolate. The South Coast, and town greenbelt are right on our doorstep.
