Furnished room - does also fit a Queen bed but tighter fit with all the other bits, lots of wardrobe space.

One spot in garage if you have a short car, or off street parking also available
I often head away over weekends in summer (I go caving!) so you need to be able to look after yourself, but happy to be social when I'm around. You are welcome to invite people over, but no parties.
