This last year we shared cooking dinners five days a week, with each of taking a night Sunday–Thursday. We found that worked well, but are flexible!
It is in an excellent location, literally right next to the Remuera Train Station, and close to bus routes. If you’re into the gym, there is one less than 1 min walk away.
About the room: we actually have two options available that you could be chose between.
A smaller room on the top storey. It would probably only really fit a single, king single or double bed. Our current flattie in it has a king single which you can see in the photos, but I have attached one photo with a previous double bed arrangement (sorry it’s not the best photo). The room has a single wardrobe. You’d be sharing a large upstairs bathroom with just one other.

Room 1: $250 pw (expenses on top)
A very decent size room on the bottom floor! You’d be sharing the bathroom with one other girl. It could fit a king or queen bed, with a desk, drawer and whatever else. It doesn’t have a wardrobe but you can buy the wardrobe set in the pictures from the current flattie 🤩
Room 2: $190 pw (expenses on top)
