we’re looking for someone to join our friendly, tidy, and welcoming flat. The house has many perks, including lovely views of the ocean and city and heating from an effective fireplace. It has two lounges upstairs and five bedrooms downstairs, plus off street parking and a garage for storage.
It’s located in a quiet residential part of Dunedin near to some of Dunedin’s finest beaches, cafes, and only a 10minute drive from the city. Current flatmates are a mixture of working professionals and students, 4 males all in our 20s. We are a pretty relaxed flat who enjoy socialising together but are also happy doing our own thing.
