Rent is $243.33 per week, not including expenses (which are split equally between flatmates)

The room is medium sized and gets lots of sun through the big window that looks out onto the garden (the photo of the room is an old one)
Ambury farm, waterfront walkway, and bus stops close by. ~25 mins to the CBD and ~15 mins to the airport. ~4 mins drive from motorway on-ramp.
Rachel and Sam are the current flatmates. Rachel is a muso and attends St Paul's on Symonds Street. She works for her church and in the music industry. Sam attends St James in Māngere Bridge and works in media. We think this house is a real gift and we're keen to share it with someone who is looking for a place that feels more like a home than a flat.
