While I enjoy good fellowship … I have several active involvements, pursuits … and so I perceive this environment would likely suit someone similarly independent and/or a Student (keen to focus on their studies). Quiet environment … house is down a long driveway. Plenty of off-street parking. Very handy location. Access to motorway, to head West, North, South, the Airport. Two bus routes. Supermarkets are 5mins by car (Three Kings Plaza, Royal Oak, Lynfield). 20mins walk to Three Kings Plaza. Details: * House is fully furnished. (Of course, access to all of the household amenities.)* Choice of an unfurnished or partially furnished bedroom (single bed).
