Two furnished rooms available in a spacious, sunny home which is located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in Springfield. Both rooms have a high quality queen sized bed and double wardrobe.
You would be sharing the main upper living space, bathroom, kitchen and laundry with one other person (female) and the owner (female), who lives mostly downstairs. We are both christians.
The house has beautiful views and comes fully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with appliances you can use, together with basic crockery and utensils. There is a walk in pantry and you get a dedicated shelving area for your food storage.
The large room is $240 per week and the other room (smaller) is $230 per week. This includes internet and reasonable use of power. You’ll need to provide your own food.
Bond is $480 for the larger room and $460 for the other (smaller) room.
Move in cost is bond + first week’s payment in advance.
