The room is a double with a closet. It is unfurnished. It opens out to a shared balcony and gets plenty of afternoon sun.
The house itself is built in 2005 so relatively modern. It has two toilets and a bathroom (that has a shower and a bathtub). We have unlimited gas hot water so we never need to worry about it running out. We also have a gas stove and a well equipped kitchen (as I love to cook). I also have a double garage and a driveway for parking. All you will need to have with you is basically stuff for your room as I have everything else covered.
We're about a seven minute walk to the train station, Johnsonville library/pools and the supermarket so it's a pretty convenient location.
A bit about us - I'm originally from Malaysia. I work for a video games development studio. I love to cook and eat, hang out with friends and try new restaurants. I keep a supply of herbs in the backyard and will likely be dabbling in some diy projects in the near future. The other flatmate is a Welsh primary school teacher who enjoys travel, photography, board games and hanging out with friends.
There will be a two week bond. Expenses will be around $50/week for utilities and shared flat items (shared food items like milk, flour, rice, etc + cleaning supplies).
