Looking for a Christian at least 24 years old, working full time, to join our friendly flat of four guys. Our female flat-mate is moving out but reasonably flexible with move out times within the next 4 weeks from the 9th of June.
Our house has 2 large lounge spaces, a big kitchen with plenty of fridge and pantry space, Utilities, quiet location, easy drive into Tauranga. We like to socialize and occasionally share a meal. Once a week we enjoy snacks and play Dungeons and Dragons together which you're welcome to join but it's not required if that's not your thing.
We value communication and cleanliness in all areas of the house and like hosting friends and family visiting for a meal on the odd occasion.
We like to uphold Christian values in the house, we don't allow drugs, excessive drinking, smoking, etc.
Rent is $250 a week and includes all amenities such as water, power, gas, and high-speed internet. As well as a flat meal on Monday nights!
