About our flat:
Our lovely new-build townhouse is advertised as a 4 bedroom property - you'll be living with two midwives in their mid to late 20s. We like to be social with each other, going out to dinner or on spontaneous ice cream runs, but we also respect each other's space and appreciate our down time (especially important as we are both shift workers who work some night shifts!).
Central Auckland – 2 mins walk to bus stop, close to some great restaurants & grocery stores.
Safe, gated property, cozy lounge and balcony area

Open plan kitchen which is stocked with all the essentials, but of course you are welcome to bring items to the flat

The main bedroom is on the top floor of the house, so it stays nice and warm. It's a spacious room and can easily fit a queen bed and a few other pieces of furniture. It has a large double sliding door closet with inbuilt shelves, and a large window that lets in lots of sunlight.
The smaller room/office space on the ground floor of the flat is pictured in the photos with a single bed. It could easily fit a desk and other pieces of furniture. There is another large double sliding closet with inbuilt shelves in this room, and a full bathroom next door.
We are willing to negotiate the rent if you don't need the office space - we could use this as a flat storage room!
