Kia ora! We have a room available in our 5 bedroom flat in the centre of Mount Albert. The flat is located only 5-10 minutes walk to Pak'n Save, asian supermarket, restaurants, train station/bus stops, and 15 minute drive to the city! The flat is situated just by the train station so you will hear the trains pass by from time to time but the room available is facing the main road so less of the train noise!
You will be living with 4 working adults from mid 20s to mid 30s and we go to different churches across central Auckland! We cook dinners for each other once a week to lessen the kitchen traffic and share meals and time together. We enjoy some social time together but also spend a lot of time by ourselves due to our work schedule. We have cleaners who come every fortnight but also clean for ourselves especially the common spaces in the flat.
The room available is a double bed room with a built in single closet and can comfortably fit a queen bed and desk. You will only be sharing a bathroom with one other flatmate. Rent is $190 including bills and $13 a week for the cleaners. Bond will be 3 weeks rent plus 1 week rent in advance.
Ideal flatmate would be someone clean, tidy, social and also enjoys their own company as well, working professional, and has flatted before.
