We're excited to offer a bright, fully furnished double bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom — it has a large bath and separate shower, his-and-hers sinks, and loads of room to spread out. Our home is located just off Ormiston Road — only 4 minutes' drive to Ormiston Town Centre and Botany Junction, which has a wide range of shops, Pak’n’Save, a Cinema, restaurants, and Barry Curtis Park. Botany is also nearby, and if you love the beach, Maraetai is just a short drive away!

About the Room:

A little about us:

We’re a Christian couple in our mid-30s, both working in professional roles. We’re blessed with a sweet 2-year-old daughter and have a friendly small Cavoodle dog named Buddy.
Our home is family-friendly, and tidy — we’re looking for someone who appreciates a calm environment and takes pride in keeping shared spaces clean. Our current flatmate is getting married and the room will be available from the 8th of June. 

Please note: Some of the photos show staged furniture from when we first moved in — the room has since been updated with lovely, comfortable furnishings.

We are looking for:

• A tidy and considerate tenant — ideally a young professional or couple
• Someone who is happy to live in a family setting

Rent:

• $250 per week for a single person
• $350 per week for a couple
• Plus $30 per week for bills (water, gas, power, and unlimited internet)

Move-in costs (one person):

• 1 week's rent in advance $250 + $30 exp
• 2 weeks' bond ($500)
• Total: $780
