Kia ora! We're on the lookout for 2 new flatmates to join our friendly and lively flat in Newtown.

ROOMS:

• 1x large room that comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, and clothes rack.
• 1x small room that comes furnished with a double bed, drawers and shelving.
• Both rooms are available anytime from now - just need a few days' notice to sort paperwork with the property manager.

LOCATION:

• The flat is located in an incredibly convenient area, perfect for someone who would enjoy being near the buzz of Newtown and the warmth of a community as well as excellent transport links with multiple bus line options (5-minute walk from the nearest bus stop).

FLATMATES:

• You'll be joining two existing flatmates (male) in their late 20s/early 30s. We're a chill, supportive and sociable bunch who value a good mix of together-time and personal space.

THE HOUSE: 

• Our flat is very much a quirky Wellington house and not quite the fanciest in town, which is reflected in the cheap rent. The heat pump heats up the lounge really well in winter, we also have a dryer. The house also has a great outdoor area for hanging out in the sun - very much a sun trap with fabulous all day sun in the summer, and up to the afternoon in the winter.

ABOUT YOU:

• We're looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and keen to contribute to our little community. This place is perfect for you if you're in your 20s - 30s and looking for top tier flatmates and a great location at an affordable rate.

• Large room rent: $180/week + $30 in expenses (WiFi, power, rubbish bags, cleaning products, essential groceries that everyone uses)
