THE HOUSE
The house has a massive deck, nice high ceilings, dimmer lightning, 2 bathrooms, 3 rooms, wooden floors and ample parking. We have one neighbour with the rest being native birds and the ocean. You can bring your own furniture and some of this will be modernised by the time you move in.
The house comes with one professional male flatmate in his mid-30s and a mini schnauzer wearing a bow tie called Gordon.
This house is to be shared. Total rent is $950 (because it's epic), but the existing tenant will subsidise your rent, down to $390.
