I am a professional male who works in the city, and I go to Life Central. My flatmate Peter goes to Grace City, he is working 2 days a week for Fisher & Paykel Healthcare and studying 3 days a week for an engineering degree..
The bedrooms are all upstairs and the room available gets the afternoon sun, can fit a Queen bed and desk, and has a double wardrobe and shelves. There is a single bed that can go in the room if you'd like, and I also have a queen bed that could be used (but would charge $15 a week extra for the queen bed).
You would be sharing bathroom and toilet with Peter.
If you would like a larger room (for example if you are a married couple or want extra space), then my bedroom could be available, it is at the other end of the house and has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe, but rent would be extra.
The house is in double Grammar zone, close to train station, buses, Cornwall Park, Mt St Johns, National Womens Hospital and Epsom shops.
Downstairs is lounge, dining and kitchen.
The house is fully furnished (including a deep freeze), but if you have furniture we may be able to fit it in or store it. Lounge has a large piano if you can play.
There is offstreet parking.
Utilities (power, water and internet) are on top of rent and split equally.
I currently have a lovely dog but looking to rehome him. If you have a pet then we can discuss.
