You'd be living with a mum (who works at a charitable trust) and two teenagers (male 16 + 19) and one sometimes noisy and annoying dog (Bruno the doberman). The boys are studying and both love basketball. We all attend local churches. Rent includes utilities and for an extra cost you'd be welcome to share some dinners with us.

You would be sharing the bathroom with my two teenage son's so the room probably suits a male best. We'd like someone tidy that likes dogs and is ok with extra teenagers visiting on a regular basis.
