Both rooms have been freshly renovated with new paint, curtains and downlights. One room is furnished with a single bed, bedside table, dresser and storage cabinet, while the other is empty. Furnishings for ether room can be negotiated. Please note, neither room has a wardrobe.
We are happy for boarders of either gender but would prefer to keep both rooms the same gender. We are also happy for a couple to move in.
