We're looking for a female to join our beautiful home in an excellent location.
You will be joining some lovely people in our mid 20's to early 30's. We are all from different parts of the world (Samoa, NZ, South Africa) and all attend different churches, including Valley Road, Manukau Baptist and Gracecity (GCC). As a flat we enjoy spending time together and celebrating special occasions but are also respectful of each others space.
This is a beautiful home within a short walking distance of Cornwall Park. The house is down a quiet road but conveniently located near bus stops (a couple of which go directly into town), shops and cafes. There is a generous kitchen, outdoor area, high ceilings and beautiful wooden floors.
You can take your pick between either of these rooms:
- Room 4: huge room with heaps of storage - two large double wardrobes, 12 large drawers and a heat pump.
- Room 3: beautiful room with ranch sliding doors that open to the garden outside
Rent includes power, internet, water and some pantry items (milk, oil, spices, baking supplies etc). Rent is $295 for Room 3 and $309 for Room 4. Bond is $760, paid in advance.
