We will have a mid size room 3.65m x 2.38m room available in 10th January. It can be made available sooner if anyone needs it. The room has a large built in closet and is semi furnished with a bed, desk, chair, desk lamp & dresser. Feel free to re arrange bedroom furniture to suit you. Any of these can be removed if not required. All you need is your own beddings, that is pillows, duvet etc.
Location: Bellevue Road, Mount Eden, closer to city.
Rent: $195 per plus $25 for expenses. That is $220 per week in advance.
Includes: - bills, power and wifi (water by landlord, so part of the rent) - general flat consumables incl. and cleaning items and washing powder.
Bond: $440 in advance.
We are seeking a Christian flatmate to come live with us, 3 males. Someone that can pay rent in a timely manner, chilled, clean up after them self and independent. Current flatties are busy full time and shift working professionals, working in Education, Construction and 1 currently seeking employment in I.T.
We all have different work schedules, hobbies and interests, but get together sometimes over meals and outings.
