It's a three bedroom house on a Large back section property, a very nice full reno has been completed. New paint (inside and out), new carpet, new kitchen, new bathroom and laundry etc. It has HRV, a fire place with heat transfer, and two heat pumps, new oven, dishwasher, large fridge etc....even has a flash rain-head shower.
Hoping to work on Garden and outdoors over summer.
It's not too far from Eastgate and main bus lines, the house is located on Rudds road.
I have a Large single bedroom with a cupboard to fill.
I am a Christian and the values within the household will reflect this.
I like to keep a tidy and clean household and enjoy a good laugh. I'm 38, doing my building apprenticeship, I enjoy the outdoors, workshop and a bit of video and board gaming, having a chat about God and just enjoying life.
The other boarder is a 26yr old Christian male doing is carpet laying apprenticeship.
Im am looking for a Christian male who is currently working.
