We are looking for a christian flatmate to join our flat for the new year. Currently, there are 3 guys and a friendly dog in the flat for 2025. One of the guys is planning to have his future wife move into the flat sometime in 2025 after they get married.
We are mature working professionals across a diverse range of professions and attend different churches across Dunedin.
There is one room available that has a wardrobe (see photo). Rent will be $167.25 per week + utilities costs. Move in date is also negotiable, but any time from mid-January on wards would work.
The house has a homely feel to it and has a nice little patio with a welcoming entrance area, moderate size lounge with a pellet fire, a very modern bathroom and additional separate toilet, a garage, and a heatpump in the hallway. There is space for off street parking down the driveway or there is parking on the road. Note: the photos were taken before we moved in.
An ideal flatmate would be one who holds to biblical christian values, is considerate of others, communicates well, is tidy and prepared to contribute to household chores, and is fairly independent but would enjoy the occasional social interactions as a flat.
