If you're looking for a flat with other yo-pro Christians, this could be the spot for you. With a modern kitchen and bathroom, this isn't just a flat - it's a home. Just a couple of blocks away from Hataitai village (and bus stops), the flat is an ideal set up for someone working in the city centre or southern suburbs. Both the town belt and Hataitai Beach are short walks from the flat meaning that nature is never too far away.
About the Flatmates
If you move in, you'll be flatting with three others (2F, 1M) who are between 25-30 years old. We are an easy-going, community-minded flat. That looks like some shared cooking throughout the week (especially nice on those occasions we all happen to be home for a dinner). We are actively involved in our church and will sometimes host people at the flat - we'd love someone who shares this passion for community.
About You
The ideal flatmate we are after is a Christian male in their mid or late 20s. We have enjoyed stability in the flat over recent years and would also like a new flatmate to be wanting to settle in for a bit. Our lease is a periodic one (as opposed to fixed term) which means that we keep rolling over and do not have to sign on again every 12 months.
