Option 2 -Downstairs one double bedroom with own bathroom (not ensuite) and own outside deck access, Single $250- and married couple to be negotiated.

Option 3- Large upstairs double bedroom- shared bathroom with one other. Single $200- only a single for this room

Backs on to a park/ Huapai Reserve( cricket, soccer and tennis club) with gate access- great for fitness.

Modern spacious home,open plan living with heat pump.

Expenses - Utilities split equally.

Close to gym, Pilates Studio, public transport- bus stop at the doorstep.
