We have a cozy double room available in our five-bedroom house for $130 per week + $50 weekly expenses (covering fibre, power, basic amenities, and one flat dinner a week). Move-in costs are bond ($360) + 2 weeks rent and expenses in advance.
About the House:
Located on a quiet street with a park nearby.
3 min drive or 20 min walk to Dinsdale/Nawton shops, and just 10 min drive to the CBD.
Close to a bus stop (10 min walk).
Spacious with two lounges, two bathrooms, and a work-from-home area.
Insulated with DVS and 2 heat pumps to keep the house cozy.
Compact yard with citrus trees and a small veggie garden.
Shared spaces are furnished, but your room is unfurnished.
We enjoy a flat dinner together once a week!
About Us:
2 females and 2 males (young professionals, ages 24-28) and a super friendly (and fluffy) cat.
A dog will be joining us soon!
We’re laid-back, enjoy a good chat, and appreciate a relaxed vibe.
We value tidiness and respect for others’ space (especially when people are working from home).
About the Room:
A cozy double room with an inbuilt wardrobe.
Your bathroom will be shared with two others.
A Little About You:
Easy-going, tidy, friendly, and considerate of others.
Ideally, you’ll be social but also respectful of quiet time, especially during working hours.
No smokers (sorry!).
Pets are negotiable, but no more cats.
The room is available from March 1st.
