We are a professional, mature couple looking for a professional female to rent a large, sunny double bedroom with double glazing and HRV. You must be responsible and tidy.
The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, and a shelving unit. It has a double wardrobe.
Rent is $280 per week including utilities (internet, power, gas, water). Bond is 2 week’s rent and we’ll sign a flat/house sharing agreement with you. The room is available from Friday, 15 November 2024.
