We are looking for one flatmate for our modern four bedroom home. Currently there are two young professional female flatmates and a (not so young) couple that live overseas for up to eight months of the year. There is also one resident sassy cat.
Room will be available from 1 October.
Fully furnished apart from bedrooms but there is a spare single bed available if needed.
One flatmate occupies the master room and en suite and one half of garage. Large shared bathroom and separate toilet for other tenants. Bedroom has a double wardrobe.
Living spaces include a large separate lounge and dining room plus a kitchen with family room.
Churton Park shopping centre is close by with a supermarket, pharmacy, cafe and other shops. There are two bus stops within 300 meters. Is is only a 10 mins drive into Wellington CBD.
We are easy going and social and look forward to some fun flat games night. We like a tidy and quiet home so everyone can have their space respected.
