We have just the room for you, it's the sunny, warm and cosy - can fit a Queen bed, plus has a wardrobe. Bathroom is shared with just one other.
The house is just 12 months old, warm, dry and sunny, with 3 bathrooms and a delightful deck. Usual 4 weeks for bond and plus expenses covering internet, water, gas, power and household expenses.
Premium location - right next to the motorway and we're just 7-10 minutes walk to Cornwall Park and the train station.
