This warm house gets lots of sunshine! It is on a safe and quiet street with lovely neighbours. It's a 20-minute walk down to the Half Moon Bay Marina (only a 2-minute drive), and we back onto the Wakaaranga reserve, so there are many great walks and tracks near us. Also, it's a super short drive to Eastern Beach!
Room 1 (larger room) is available now, it fits a double bed and has a wardrobe. It gets the lovely morning sunshine. Room is $215 + 20 expenses weekly
We love Jesus, sunshine, the beach, walking, friends and good chat/laugh—looking for other friendly women who are considerate, clean and tidy!
Room 2 (smaller room) is available in April.
Moving in costs $787 bond + first-week rent
Please keep in mind that the entire flat is $640 rent a week, which is divided among the number of people living in the flat and based on what room you have since they are differing sizes.
