This house is warm and gets lots of sunshine. It is on a safe and quiet street with lovely neighbours. It's a 20-minute walk down to the Half Moon Bay Marina (only a 2-minute drive), and we back onto the Wakaaranga reserve, so lots of great walks and tracks near us. Also a super short drive to Eastern Beach!
This room fits a double bed snuggly and has a small wardrobe. It gets the lovely morning sunshine.
You will be living with two full-time working women in 20s-30s who love Jesus, sunshine, the beach, walking, friends and good chat/laugh. Looking for another friendly woman who is considerate, clean and tidy!
Room is $215 + 20 expenses weekly

The entire flat is $640 rent a week, which is divided among the number of people living in the flat and based on what room you have since they are differing sizes (there are 3 rooms).
