Hello! We’re looking for another young professional female to join our cozy and peaceful home. We are friendly and respectful flatmates but would say we are less of a social flat due to busy schedules. But we enjoy a yarn when we are around.
The room is a spacious double room, unfurnished, at $225 weekly (inclusive of expenses, excluding food). Tucked away from the street down a shared driveway, it's a lovely peaceful house with central convenience. With three shared living areas and a beautiful kitchen, there's plenty of space. Additionally, there is ample storage, off-street parking, and a charming outdoor area.
Please note: this is a boarding arrangement but runs in more of a flat vibe.
