We’re looking to fill one bedroom with one shared bathroom in Hobsonville Point.
We are a young(ish) couple in our early thirties, and 1 other flatmate early thirties, who enjoy all the things Hobby Point has to offer - from Fabric Cafe, Little Creatures, weekend markets to evening walks along the boardwalk. We aren’t a party flat (obvs from the sentence before!) but do enjoy hosting friends and family from time to time. We also have a lovely little park out front so enjoy the occasional dinner picnic.
Our home is a modern 2-storey, 3 bedroom & 2.5 bathroom that gets plenty of natural sunlight. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe (plenty of storage) and air conditioning / heat pumps. The room also get lots of sunshine!
Weekly rent is $250, payable one week in advance. Expenses are split evenly as they come. Bond is 4 weeks rent. Our ideal flatmate would be a working professional, that is easy going, relaxed and tidy. Plenty of street parking available. Countdown/New World within walking distance. Close to local bus stops and the ferry to CBD/Beach haven is less than 10 min walk. Also very close to Westgate and NorthWest shopping malls.
