The house has a spacious lounge, separate dining room and modern kitchen, and all-in-one bathroom/laundry with shower, toilet, hand basin, washing machine, and laundry tub. The section is also a very reasonable size with plenty of space for parking, and it backs onto a public reserve with a gate for access.
There are bus stops not far from the end of the driveway, and we are ideally situated to get to both Nelson and Richmond in 15 minutes or less, traffic dependent.
I am seeking a mature, responsible, tidy female to share my home, ideally aged around 25-35 and in full-time employment.
Price includes all bills (reasonable use), except for any power over $100 per month, which will get split between the three of us. That is unlikely to be more than $30 per month each, and much less in summer.
