Come join our chill flat out in Panmure!
We are unfortunately having to say goodbye to one of our flat mates as they are off to go and get married! (Which is very exciting)
You will have the opportunity of joining in a 4 bedroom house with two guys and a gal and two awesome little cats named Lexi and Chili.
We are a mix of studying and working professionals from our mid to late twenties to early thirties. We are a chill group of people who are comfortable in our own space but also have fine hanging out together when the times all align. All of us are Christian and attend different churches in Tamaki Makaurau.
The house is a new(ish) two story town house and is the first in a lot of four. We are opposite what is dubbed the Tamaki River and the Mt Wellington Memorial Park. Which is a great space to run around and/or relax, you are also provided with stunning views from the open kitchen/dinning/lounge area. There is both a downstairs and upstairs bathroom, which both come with showers with the upstairs bathroom containing a bath. Small outdoor area with deck and washing line. Single car garage which contains a washing machine and is used for storage.
We are a minute or so drive from Panmure township as well as the infamous Peach's Hot Chicken. We are also 5 to 10 minutes from both major supermarkets in Glen Innes, as well as a 10 minute drive from Sylvia Park. It takes between 25 to 45 minutes to get to the city depending on the time of day. There is also great public transport options at Panmure Station with the Eastern Train Line open again.
The room which is available is the large upstairs room which is tucked away at the back of the house which gets the nice afternoon sun. The room easily fits a queen size bed, desk, dresser etc. The room is $220 + $25 expenses which covers water, power, internet and basic utilities (this does not include food). Bond is two weeks of rent ($440 in total).
So if this sounds like a bit of you, and you are someone who has lived in a flatting environment before and is clean and tidy, feel free to send me a message as would love to hear from you! Ideal flatmate would be a gal to help balance it out but open to anyone :)
