Hi there, we are a Christian flat looking for 2 new flatmates with 1 room becoming available next week (Move in as soon as possible) and one available in December.
We have a beautiful home in Forrest Hill with 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 bathroom, laundry room and lots of storage. A 3 minute drive from the motorway and 6 minute drive to Milford Shops and beach. The house is dry and warm in the winter, and catches the sun in the summer. It's surrounded by trees, with a backyard and a courtyard.
The rooms available are both located downstairs, with a shared bathroom and another lounge on the same level.
We are a social flat and enjoy having people over but are not a party flat. With our two lounges there's enough space to relax on your own if you don't feel like socialising.
About the flatmates:
We are three females and one male in our mid to late twenties with jobs, attend church weekly, love surfing and getting outside. We are looking for someone preferably studying or working full time.
