The double bedroom currently has a single bed, and desk but you are welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture.
We are looking for one additional flatmate to join us, the ideal flatmate is friendly, clean and tidy.
Existing flatmates are 1X female and 2X male flatmates, we are in our 20's and 30's working in early child care / retail / graphic design.
I am the owner of the property and although I live out of town I visit and stay periodically.
The house is north facing and gets great sun and also has a large sunny deck at back, close to the beach, shops and cafe's. The flat is also on a main bus route with a bus stop just 30 meters down the road.
There is no off street parking so would suit someone who uses public transport.
