Kia ora! Are you looking for a flat within walking distance of the beach? We are looking for one more flatmate to join our 4 bedroom flat in Mairangi Bay.

We‘re 3 girls in our early 30s and are young professionals working full time. Two of us are primary school teachers and the other is a musician. Some things that we're individually into are volleyball and bouldering. 

Mairangi Bay Beach and village is just a 10-15 minute walk down the road. The supermarket is a 2 minute drive down the road and the beach volleyball courts and tennis courts are also close by. There are also a couple of good gyms including the Millennium and AllFit within a few minutes drive.

The bedroom has a massive mirror wardrobe with plenty of storage. The house has two bathrooms so you'll be sharing with just one other person - ideal! We have two lounges and a large sunlit deck.

Ideal flatmate is a young professional in their late 20s/early 30's  - male or female.

Rent is $240 plus expenses and bond is 3 weeks.

Note - I have provided photos of the room both furnished and unfurnished just for reference. The room comes unfurnished.
