Our flat has 2 girls and 2 guys, all in our mid 20s. Some of our interests include outdoor adventures, such as hiking and surfing, and the occasional movie night. We’re 4 working professionals, some of us do shift work and have to sleep during the day sometimes - an ideal flatmate would be respectful/quiet during these times. We're a sociable flat, have people over but don't host parties.
The room is unfurnished, and has plenty of inbuilt shelving and an additional wardrobe outside the room. Open plan kitchen/dining/living area that gets a lot of sun, with additional separate living room which acts as a shared workspace. Two bathrooms. Outside patio/lawn/garden maintained by the landlord. Plenty of street parking available (no off-street parking available). No pets allowed (unfortunately!) No smoking/vaping.
$150/week + expenses (wifi/power/water/+$5 a week for shared essential items e.g. cleaning products). Bond is 4 weeks rent ($600).
